Our COVID-19 Vaccine Recommendations
We would encourage all Medical Oncology patients to be “up to date” with your COVID vaccines. You are considered up to date if you have received the COVID vaccine primary series and received the most recent booster dose recommended for you by the CDC. For adults, the most recent updated booster is the Pfizer-BioNTech updated booster injection for new variants. If you are moderately or severely immune-compromised, there are different recommendations for COVID vaccination. You should speak with your provider regarding this.
By offering psychosocial counseling services, Medical Oncology Associates aims to help patients and families communicate and cope more effectively and enhance their quality of life.
